Digital Inclusion
Accessibility
AF-X is committed to making its public digital experiences accessible and usable by as many people as possible.
01Our commitment
Accessibility is considered as part of the design, content and development of the AF-X public website. We aim to remove avoidable barriers and provide practical alternatives when an issue is identified.
This statement applies to the public AF-X website. Individual AF-X products and customer-configured experiences may have separate accessibility documentation and requirements.
02Standard and current status
We aim to align the public website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a target and design standard, not a claim that every page or third-party service has been independently certified as fully conformant.
Accessibility can vary as content, integrations and website functionality change. We review material issues and prioritise remediation according to impact.
03Practices we aim to support
The website is designed to support:
- Clear page structure and logical heading hierarchy
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus states
- Appropriate colour contrast and reduced reliance on colour alone
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Responsive layouts and text resizing
- Descriptive links, buttons and form labels
- Reduced-motion preferences where applicable
- Use with commonly available assistive technologies
04Content, media and documents
We aim to provide meaningful text alternatives for informative images and understandable labels for links and controls. Decorative imagery should not add unnecessary screen-reader output.
When a document or media asset cannot be made fully accessible immediately, we will consider an accessible alternative or provide the information in another reasonable format on request.
05Third-party content and services
Some linked, embedded or externally provided services may be outside AF-X’s direct control and may not meet the same accessibility standard.
We consider accessibility when selecting and reviewing relevant providers. Where a barrier affects an essential interaction, please contact us so we can investigate an alternative route.
06Potential limitations
The website is evolving and some legacy content, complex visual assets or third-party functionality may not yet provide an equivalent experience for every user or assistive technology.
We do not currently publish a claim of independent WCAG certification. Confirmed material limitations will be documented and prioritised as they are identified.
07Testing and continuous improvement
Accessibility review forms part of ongoing website quality work. Testing may include keyboard navigation, responsive layouts, semantic structure, colour contrast and automated checks, supported by manual review where appropriate.
Automated tools can identify many issues but cannot establish complete accessibility on their own. Feedback from people using different devices and assistive technologies remains important.
08Feedback and alternative formats
If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, please include the page or functionality involved, the issue encountered and, if useful, the device, browser or assistive technology being used.
We will assess the request and aim to provide an appropriate response or alternative. Response and remediation timing will depend on the nature, complexity and impact of the issue.
Accessibility feedback may be sent to info@af-x.ai.
09Statement updates
We will update this statement as the website, applicable guidance or our accessibility practices change. The current version and last-updated date will remain available on this page.
