Data X

One clean record of every vehicle, customer, part and site — held in the region you chose.

Intelligence X

The numbers the business runs on, live, with the same definition on every site.

AI X

AI inside the product at the point the decision is made — rank, predict, price, draft, answer.

Your data. Your workflow. Automotive AI that does the job, not the demo.

Vehicle Health Check

Guide a consistent health check with findings customers can understand and approve.

Vehicle Health Check exists to move one number: Grow Revenue. Sell more of what you already had capacity to sell. Every AF-X product names the outcome it is there to move before it lists anything it does, and reports against that number once it is live.

Findings need a clear path to a decision.

A consistent check helps the customer understand the work and make a decision.

Every site and technician checks the vehicle differently

Without a guided checklist, important items are recorded to different standards.

Findings cannot be compared or trusted

The finding, photograph and price live in different places

Findings, evidence and pricing are captured separately.

Customers get a quote they cannot understand

The customer says “not today,” and the work disappears after handover

Approvals and deferred work are not carried forward.

Identified work is never sold

SEE IT AT WORK

A consistent check at the vehicle.

Keep each finding with its supporting evidence.

The mechanic follows the relevant checklist and records red, amber and green findings. Notes, photographs or video stay attached to the individual item, giving the advisor a clear record to review.

  • Checklist matched to the vehicle or service
  • Consistent red, amber and green findings
  • Media and notes attached to each finding
  • A complete record for advisor review

From finding to customer decision.

Show the work, its evidence and its price together.

The advisor reviews a finding and prepares a priced recommendation. Service Tracker can present it to the customer when connected. Approved work can return to DSO as an updated instruction; declined or deferred work remains recorded for follow-up.

  • Finding, evidence and price presented together
  • Customer decision recorded

HOW IT CONNECTS THE WORKFLOW

Use the check within the job, or run it on its own.

Use the check within DSO or on its own.

Within DSO, the mechanic opens Vehicle Health Check as part of the live order and returns findings to that job. Used separately, it still supports guided checks, evidence, recommendations and recorded customer decisions. Connected approval and write-back steps depend on the configured products.

AF-X bolts on. It does not rip out. Keep the system you run the business on. AF-X connects to it, reads from it, writes back to it, and adds the layer that was missing. Nobody has to migrate to get started.

The connected workflow brings together:

  • Vehicle, booking and service context
  • Service Tracker customer decisions when connected
  • Approved work in DSO when connected; deferred work retained
